6. Liability MotionX Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to Swiss jurisdiction.
